Abortion is an emotionally volatile issue and often generates more heat than light as people on both sides of the issue react emotionally and sometimes violently to the other side. It is also an emotionally sensitive subject especially for those who have had an abortion or have urged someone to have an abortion, or has a loved one who has had an abortion. It has touched many of our lives in one way or another.
