We want to help you find the “next step” God has for you as you follow Jesus.
Discipleship is a journey and that journey begins when we hear Jesus say “follow me” and we answer yes. The discipleship journey is comprised of next steps as we follow Jesus and grow in our faith.
The Bible tells us that there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus came to save us by dying on the cross for our sins. Jesus conquered sin and death when he died and rose again, and he promises that all who believe in him will be given the gift of eternal life.
Whether you’ve just begun your walk of faith, or if you are still thinking about it, we’d love to help you in your spiritual journey. If you’d like to talk to someone about what it means to become a Christian, we’re here for you. You can connect with us and share any prayer requests you have here.
Jesus instructed his disciples to make new disciples, “baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.” (Matt. 28:19) Baptism is an important moment in the life of the believer as we publicly declare our union with Jesus in his death and resurrection through baptism. If you believe in Jesus and haven’t been baptized yet, consider taking this important step!
Community is so important to our growth in Christ. Following Jesus isn’t meant to be something we do on our own, we are meant to do it together! One way to connect with others at Grace Community Church is to attend a community group. For more information about our community groups click here.
From time to time we offer various Bible studies and other classes to help us grow and deepen. These usually run for 4-5 weeks at a time. For more information, check our calendar to see what’s coming up!
Serving is an essential part of following Jesus. Jesus didn’t come to be served but to serve others, and he calls us to do the same. Plus, serving is a great way to make connections and build friendships. Here is a list of service opportunities in Grace Community Church. Find one that best fits your passion and gifts and sign up!
Jesus commands us to go to those who don’t know the good news of God’s love and share Jesus with them. You have a unique circle of influence among your friends, family, and co-workers and the Lord wants to use you to be a witness for Jesus to them.
